It’s cost per unit is low ( usd 0.02 / pc ) but assembly of the label on the product is manual and slow and this process is not indicated for large quantity order
Digital printing offer full color photo like printing quality, similar to offset.
Digital printing is done with large industrial inkjet printer commonly used in Europe and North America especially in the doming industry.
It is similar in printing process to offset, using only CMYK color and no spot ( single solid predetermine colors ) colors.
Digital printing is also perfect to perform custom running number ( sequential and non-sequential ) unique ID code ( UID ) to personalized each item with a single code.
