With very low setup charge of USD 20.00 and refund for 5K, digital printing is the cheapest and quickest logo process small quantity.
It’s cost per unit is low ( usd 0.02 / pc ) but assembly of the label on the product is manual and slow and this process is not indicated for large quantity order.
Doming use the same printing process ( full color photo like cmyk process ) as digital printing for the base, only further adding a transparent dome on top.
Our setup is similar to doming dispensing and doming plant in Europe and North America using only imported ( Italy & UK ) polyurethane (PU) resin. Besides having the advantage of being up to standard and fully certified, PU offer the advantage of crystal soft dome being UV resistant.
It is important to note that regular epoxy doming is not UV resistant and the dome will lost its transparent shade and turn yellow in 2 weeks maximum.
This is especially import for gifts and souvenir items on display, but also to regular promotional product and giveaway, where epoxy can turn yellow in a matter of days when exposed to sun light.
Doming is also perfect to perform custom running number ( sequential and non-sequential ) unique ID code ( UID ) to personalized each item with a single code.
We regularly produce items for the PET industry, Lost and Found, Safety Drop and the likes of the Travel Security Administration ( TSA ), wherever a single and different custom unique ID code is necessary on each and every single item.
