NEXT: Best option: If quantity is large better use #PP silk screen printing ( printing white color is basically the same result . If logo is multi-color better use #OD Digital printing for small quantity or #PP silk screen printing for large quantity.

With very low setup charge of USD 20.00 and refund for 5K, laser is most cost efficient and quick turnaround logo process suitable for small quantity only.
It’s relative high unit cost of usd 0.05 / pc and slow process is not indicated for large quantity order when other process would be more suitable.
Laser engraving is the result from the contrast between the surface color treatment ( plating & anodize ) and the original raw material.
The laser beam burns the surface treatment to let appear the raw material.
Laser is therefore essentially suitable aluminium anodized item, creating a big and sharp contrast between color and raw aluminium color (grey).
We will advice against using laser engraving on iron and zamac product with nickel plated (chrome, silver..ect ) treatment as the contrast between raw material color and treatment color is small and where the treatment nickel plated finish partially reflect the laser beam and produce engraving which lack sharpness.
Laser engraving is also perfect to perform custom running number ( sequential and non-sequential ) unique ID code ( UID ) to personalized each item with a single code.
