QCS has plastic injection tooling (ABS) for different sizes with stand, magnet and hanger function. For all other custom shape and size custom photo frame stand & holder, we use 600g and 1,200g cardboard frame. |

2D PVC cloisonné
2D, also called 2D relief or multilevel, is the most common and basic quality of soft pvc. Tooling more simple and cheaper, it can be open by regular CNC. You can have as many different level as you like, but each level surface is flat, like staircase. It is recommended to always make lettering and small details in relief, a level up from the base or background color
3D PVC cloisonné
Tooling are more expensive and sophisticated, they can only be open with a numerical CNC machine, similar to plastic injection tooling.
In the case of 3D you don’t have actual different level, but progressive level, without flat surface, but convex and oblong surface. 3D is more suitable when the design consist of character & cartoon like personage or animal.
