The most common rubber lapel pins comes with a metal butterfly clutch, the same used on metal enamel pins. But QCS can also use plastic butterfly clutch.
Another way, is to used two magnets, one insert inside the pvc magnet and the other free.
This enables to fix a magnet on a cloth without having to piece a hole, like the regular butterfly clutch and needle pins do.
