Also called pvc cloisonne, soft pvc item are produced the same way as enamel product do. The liquid pvc color is hand filled with a syringe inside the tooling cavity. Each color is separated by the carving inside the tooling, hence the word “cloisonne”, which refer to “cloison” ( “wall” in French ), original calling for hand color fill enamel process. Once all the colors and carving ( representing the design and logo ) are filled, the tooling is filled up with black color pvc which will make the back of the product.
